Bridging Wellness is a coaching service to help individuals build healthy habits into everyday life.
With education and awareness, together, we can find more ways to incorporate healthy eating, mindfulness and movement. We can build a bridge back to wellness and optimized health with small steps integrated throughout the day. It starts with identifying individual goals and building the framework to not only achieve the goals but create a forever lifestyle.
Since everyone is truly unique, the approach to wellness is also highly individualized. I love working with clients to find balance and introduce simple solutions without drastic measures.
The work spans food/nutrition, movement, breath work, mindfulness, sleep, career, family and more. Our holistic approach gets to the root of change instead of just offering new recipe ideas or exercises.
